Protlys is a Kenyan health, nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle brand.

3. Protlys Hub Accounts

Protlys Hub may allow you to create or access an account using Google Sign-In.

If you use Google Sign-In, you must comply with Google's applicable terms and policies.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, nutritional information, ingredients, photographs, prices, and other information displayed through our Services are accurate.

13. Community Content

Protlys Hub may allow users to create, upload, post, or share content.

You retain ownership of content that you create, subject to the rights you grant Protlys under these Terms.

By submitting content to a feature that is intended to display or distribute that content through the Services, you grant Protlys a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant Service.

You represent that:

You have the necessary rights to submit the content
The content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights
The content does not contain unlawful or harmful material
You have obtained appropriate permission where another identifiable person is included and such permission is required

We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Services.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
Introduce malware or other harmful code
Interfere with the operation of the Services

15. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Protlys intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

The Protlys name, branding, logos, product names, and associated designs may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

21. Account Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Protlys may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive behaviour
Security risks
Legal or regulatory requirements
Conduct that threatens the Services or other users
